If, on the day of the ceremony, the balance isn't paid to our satisfaction we reserves the right to provide or not provide photographic services such as we see fit.Payment for additional photographs & albums is made when these are ordered.Any bank charges incurred due to returned cheques will be debited to the clientThe deposit will be forfeited if the client cancels at any time. If the client cancels with more than 6 months remaining until the ceremony date any instalments paid will be returned. If the ceremony date is between 1 & 6 months away upon cancellation we will refund 50% of instalments. Cancellations 30 days or less from your ceremony will forfeit all instalments paid.Should the client postpone, at the discretion of the photographer and subject to availability monies may be applied to the deposit for another available date. Weather permitting the photographs will be taken as agreed in co-operation with the client subject to any changes in the schedule.The photographer cannot be held responsible for lack of coverage caused by any member of the wedding party or officials of the church, register office or licensed marriage venuesThe copyright in all photographs created by the photographer shall remain the property of the photographer in accordance with the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988. The clients shall have no right to reproduce, nor to authorise the reproduction of, by any means whatsoever, any photographs created by the photographer. This includes photocopying, scanning into a computer, photographing with a film/electronic camera, including a video camera, and producing a hard copy on paper, film, or similar medium and also recording an electronic image on a computer hard disk, or any tape, disk or other recording medium. Nor is it permitted to transmit or allow to be transmitted such images by cable, radio waves or the Internet. The client acknowledges that infringement of the photographers copyright is unlawful and may be a criminal offenceOnce Copyright has been purchased the client becomes the legal owner of the images purchased and may reproduce them as they wish.It is understood that all images taken by us may be used for advertising/display.While all care will be taken with images taken, the limit of liability for failure to deliver images CDs, DVD's, prints or albums for any reason is the return of all monies paid.All prices and packages are subject to change. Future bookings will be priced at the time of bookingWe shall be the exclusive photographer retained by client.We will not be held responsible for damage of products that were dispatched undamaged.We are not liable for degradation of images due to poor handling and insufficient careAll albums need to be kept at room temperature, stored in a box; away from heat and direct sunlight all listed will reduce the life of your album and images. The photographer accepts no liabilityIf the photographer(s) are unable to fulfil the role of wedding photographer on the day due to any unforeseen circumstances, a full re-fund will be given to client but no further liability will be sought with respect to agreement All re-orders shall be an extension of this contractAll re-orders must be paid for in full prior to orders being dispatchedWe will not be held responsible for any venues restrictions that prevent images being taken.Due to technical processing, we cannot guarantee exact colour matchingWe cannot be responsible for print selection errors; re-prints or album prints. We will take no responsibility for albums that have incorrect images due to client error a charge will be made for re- album designWe cannot be responsible for the damage to CD's provided, appropriate care is the clients responsibility. Whilst we endeavour to keep the original images indefinitely we cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to image files caused by a hardware failure.We cannot accept responsibility for the reliability of the post. We cannot be held responsible for loss or damage of mail, prints, albums frames and disks etc that are sent through the post. A courier service can be arranged; the client shall reimburse charges incurred by us.
